Ask.com Click Fraud Class Action Lawsuit

Comments(0) It’s a huge blow for Ask.com’s public image - their advertisers want their money back.
True, the alleged fraud took place over two years ago. And, true, the plaintiffs are not alleging that Ask ENGAGED in fraud…just that they didn’t take adequate measures to prevent it. Still, for a company which has never gained the foothold that YPN or (OF COURSE!) Adsense has in the PPC world, it’s not a great day for public relations.
